Inside Out Group does not just teach techniques, but integrates the curriculum into day to day living. The sessions are taught by Marty Sholder, a healthcare executive with over a 35 year track record of running and building companies. Marty blends the science of mindfulness with an understanding of emotional intelligence to bring a new self-awareness to employees. He shares a multitude of stories on the art of calming the mind and real life examples to address stress and anxiety at work and at home, and how to improve relationships with others. And you can’t have a calm mind with a stressed body, so Marty, a certified yoga instructor, includes desk yoga poses to relax the tight muscles where we carry stress.
Inside Out Group provides employees tools to help them be their best! They will learn to calm their minds and gain better understanding of thoughts and how those thoughts control their lives. We will show them how to become more self-aware and ways to control their emotions, along with developing greater empathy for others. Employees will be happier and more productive. Inside Out Group will show them how to use the inner wisdom that has always been on the inside, to better manage the outside world.
